At Ziggle Toys, we want you and your little ones to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· In the same condition you received it.
· Unopened, in its original packaging.
· Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items:
· Gift cards.
· Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance."
How to Initiate a Return

2. Once you receive the RMA number and instructions, securely pack the item(s) and include your proof of purchase.
3. Mail your return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your toys, but sometimes accidents happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@ziggletoys.com] with photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get a different item is to return the original item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
